What file formats do you accept?+
STEP and IGES are preferred for machining and molding; STL works for 3D printing. We also accept SLDPRT, X_T and DXF for sheet metal.
How fast can I get parts?+
Most 3D printed parts ship in 24–72 hours. CNC prototypes typically ship in 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Is my design confidential?+
Yes. Every supplier in our network is under NDA and we offer ITAR-controlled handling on request. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Do you ship outside Canada?+
We ship across North America and internationally. Customs paperwork is handled by our Ottawa fulfillment team.
Can you support low-volume production?+
Absolutely. Many customers use ProtoFix from first prototype through 10,000-unit production runs, with managed QC and logistics.
